The search engine Bing has been the dominant search engine in the United States since 2008, according to a report from Bloomberg New Energy Finance.
The report said Google (GOOG) and Yahoo (YHOO) had dominated searches in the last year, while Yahoo was the third-largest search engine by revenue in the country.
Bing is the largest search engine worldwide, but it has been losing ground to Google in recent years, as Google and Yahoo have increased their efforts to get more people to use their search services.
Google is already the biggest search engine, with nearly a billion monthly searches, but Bloomberg New Economy predicts that it will lose ground to Bing by 2021, when it is estimated to have less than $10 billion in annual revenue.
Boeing is one of the largest private companies in the U.S. and the second-largest airline in the world, and the company has a history of investing in search and data technology.
The company was one of many tech companies to invest in search engine giant Google in 2016.
