New data shows that search engines are more popular among younger users, according to a study published Thursday by a company that monitors the search industry.
Google’s search engine is the most popular search engine on Android smartphones, according the research by research firm Kantar Worldpanel.
But the firm also found that users of Yahoo search engine are more likely to use Google.
The firm’s data shows the younger demographic is more likely than their older counterparts to use search engines such as Google.
Kantar WorldPanel found that the age gap in search usage was particularly wide in the U.S.
A majority of younger users are more open to new technologies than their elders, said Kristine Moberg, the senior vice president of research and marketing at Kantar.
“It’s a great example of what happens when younger people get more active,” MoberG said.
“They are more willing to use new technologies, and the way that they’re used by older people is often the way they’re going to be used by Google users.”
The study by Kantar surveyed nearly 1,500 people in Europe and the U.-Korea Pacific and found that younger users were more likely (36 percent) to use mobile search engines like Yahoo and Google.
They also were more open (39 percent) than older users to using other search providers such as Bing, AOL, and Microsoft.
The company also found a younger demographic was more likely, by a statistically significant margin, to use online shopping sites such as eBay and Amazon.
Kendall Kutner, a senior researcher at Kantars research group, said that search engine popularity is an important indicator of user interest.
“The older you are, the more people you’re engaging with on these sites,” Kutner said.
“Google is still the most commonly used search engine in the world.
The younger you are in your 20s, the less likely you are to engage with Google.
But you’re more likely if you’re a younger user to use other search services.”
